This notice explains how Easigrass Somerset West uses information submitted through artificiallawnhelderberg.co.za.
What the form collects
We collect your name, phone number, suburb, optional email address and any project details you choose to provide. When you arrive through a campaign link, the form may include its campaign name or advertising click identifier so we can understand where enquiries come from.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your request, discuss your project, prepare a quote and arrange any agreed next steps. The form’s consent is for contact about your enquiry, and does not sign you up to a marketing mailing list.
Where your enquiry goes
Your enquiry is emailed to somersetwest@easigrass.co.za, with a copy to our Pipedrive email address. We also use Pipedrive to create a customer contact and quote enquiry for follow-up. Our hosting, email and customer-management providers process the information needed to deliver those services; their infrastructure may be outside South Africa.
Cookies and technical data
The site uses an essential session cookie to protect the quote form and prevent duplicate submissions. The form uses short-lived, hashed IP records for spam prevention. Hosting services may also keep standard access and security logs. We use the Meta Pixel to measure page visits, successful quote requests, and clicks on our WhatsApp, phone and email links. Meta may use cookies and receive technical information such as your IP address, browser information and the page visited to measure advertising and support relevant ads. Our event code sends the type of action; it does not include the details entered in the quote form. A browser session-storage flag helps prevent repeat Lead events in the same tab session. For more information about Meta’s processing and choices, see the Meta Privacy Policy.
Keeping and correcting your details
A private delivery queue temporarily holds enquiries until they are recorded in Pipedrive. Enquiry information is kept in our business email and customer-management systems for follow-up and any required business records. You may ask about, correct or request deletion of your information by contacting us. Requests are handled subject to applicable record-keeping requirements.
WhatsApp links open WhatsApp’s service. Its own privacy terms apply. Any details you send there are used to help with your enquiry.
